Rachna Baruah is the CEO of Madchatter Brand Solutions, a PR and marketing powerhouse she started at just 23 years old. What began as a PR firm in 2017 has now evolved into a full-service integrated communications agency, offering expertise in public relations, social media management, content marketing, SEO, influencer collaborations, and cutting-edge Web3 marketing solutions, working with some of the most exciting brands globally.
A storyteller at heart, Rachna regularly contributes to the media across publications, interviews, and industry features. With an eye for compelling narratives and a passion for impactful brand storytelling, she helps businesses cut through the noise and build lasting credibility.
She is an alumna of Christ University, Bangalore and recently completed the Senior Executive Leadership Program (SELP) at the Harvard Business School, reinforcing her expertise in strategic leadership and business innovation.
